This was reported by the Kremlin press service.
State regulation will affect services for the transportation of passengers, baggage, motor vehicles, railway rolling stock using vessels providing communication between the seaports of Crimea, Sevastopol and the seaports of the Krasnodar Territory, and additional services associated with such transportation. The Federal Tariff Service will set tariffs by determining prices or their maximum level.
At the same time, tariffs for transportation services and related additional services will be set differentially, taking into account the conditions for the provision of these services in relation to the transportation of passengers, baggage, cars, and railway rolling stock.
The law will come into force 30 days after the day of its official publication.
