“Europe really stretches from the Atlantic to the Urals. I believe in our relations and that they will acquire new dynamics,” Macron concluded his speech.
The presenter, head of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Alexander Shokhin, decided to correct Macron.
“This may be an inaccuracy of translation, Mr. President, but we have Europe from Lisbon to Vladivostok,” Shokhin said.
Putin jokingly scolded the presenter.
“You didn’t let me say that, bandit. I was just about to start with this, and he stole my line,” Putin said.
