Putin warned Poroshenko: All your secrets are known, you can't get out of the Minsk agreements
Russia is aware of the Ukrainians gathering military equipment on the approaches to Donetsk and Lugansk. However, there is no other alternative to resolving the crisis other than the Minsk agreements, which provide for a special status for Donbass, spelled out in the new Constitution of Ukraine.
Russian President Vladimir Putin announced this in Sevastopol.

“Unfortunately, today we are seeing this escalation, and the blame for this does not lie with the Donbass militia, it is on the opposite side. It was the Donbass militia that proposed the withdrawal of all military equipment with a caliber of less than 100 millimeters.
Unfortunately, the opposing side did not do this, but, on the contrary, according to the information we have, it is concentrating its units there, including those reinforced with military equipment. I hope that things will not come to open, direct large-scale clashes.
As for the Minsk-2 agreement, I believe that there is no other alternative to resolving the situation and in the end, of course, peace will triumph. Our task is to minimize the losses with which we will come to this world,” the president said.
According to him, tomorrow a meeting will be held in Sevastopol with the heads of law enforcement agencies.
“Tomorrow we will deal with issues related to security problems,” Putin announced.
