Moscow - Kyiv, June 30 (Navigator, Mikhail Stamm) - Vladimir Putin signed a decree on conscripting reserve military personnel for military training in 2014. The presidential decree was published this weekend.

“In 2014, to call upon citizens of the Russian Federation who are in the reserves to undergo military training for up to two months in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, in the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, in state security agencies, and in the Federal Security Service,” the document says .

The head of state also instructed the government of the Russian Federation and executive authorities in the regions to ensure the implementation of measures related to the conscription of reservists. KP assures that “this is not connected with any crisis situation in our neighbors - these are traditional gatherings that take place in Russia every year.”
