“I am ready to talk with everyone who is truly focused on improving people’s lives, on solving the problems facing the country, and not using the existing difficulties (there are always enough of them) for their own political PR. He uses difficulties for his own promotion, in order to profit politically from these difficulties, only aggravating them,” Putin said.
He believes that the opposition should offer the authorities ways to solve problems.
“We should not speculate, but offer solutions. Those who offer solutions are the people who deserve our utmost attention. They have the right to dialogue with the authorities,” Putin said.
