Putin convened the Security Council for Ukraine
Moscow - Kyiv, February 25 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) - Vladimir Putin on Tuesday morning convened a meeting of the Russian Security Council dedicated to the situation in Ukraine.
This was reported by Russian oppositionist Eduard Limonov, who was previously declared persona non grata in Ukraine due to demands to return Sevastopol to the Russian Federation, citing his own sources.

“I just found out that this morning VV Putin nevertheless convened the Security Council of the Russian Federation, where the situation in Ukraine was discussed,” Limonov wrote on Facebook.
The politician called for decisive action and criticized the Kremlin for its unclear position.
“I want to warn our leaders that the overwhelming majority of the Russian population supports the new independence of Sevastopol and hopes that other southern and eastern regions will follow this path.
Those Russian leaders who do not go with the majority of the Russian people can very soon turn in the eyes of the Russian people into a kind of powerless Yanukovych.
This is my afternoon sermon, very serious events are happening and one or two sermons a day won’t get you by. Today is February 25th.
Sevastopol, and only Sevastopol, should be on the minds of the Russian authorities.
Sevastopol, this is not Bolotnaya Square, you cannot deceive it and cannot extinguish it.
Again, like in the good old days, the problem of Perekop arises,” Limonov wrote.
