Putin makes Ukrainian soldiers drunk with vodka and fills them with drugs, - General Staff of Ukraine
Kyiv, December 26 (PolitNavigator, Vladimir Mikhailov) – Russia is conducting a real special operation to disrupt a new wave of mobilization into the Ukrainian army to be sent to the so-called zone. ATO in Donbass.
This was stated at a press conference in Kyiv by the First Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of Defense and Mobilization Planning of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Major General Vladimir Talalai.

“The maximum peaks of negative information were this year, when we actually carried out activities to recruit and send resources. Complex groups were involved under the guise of family members of military personnel who are called up for mobilization, there were attempts to undermine military teams, to use the widespread use of alcoholic beverages and narcotic substances in order to undermine the readiness of citizens to fulfill their military obligations,” he said.
Nevertheless, the general assured, a new wave of mobilization will be carried out no later than the end of January. Vladimir Talalay refused to name the specific number of those who will be drafted into the army, but said that it “must correspond to the volumes that ensure combat readiness.”
The number of those who are planned to be demobilized during the new wave of mobilization depends on a number of factors. According to Vladimir Talalay, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are striving to increase the number of contract soldiers from those who were mobilized in 2013, but those who do not want to continue serving will be demobilized.
Patriotic-minded citizens will be called up for service, and unpatriotic-minded ones will be sent to places not so remote.
“If a person openly declares his unwillingness to fulfill the duty of military service, he openly declares his unwillingness to comply with the law of Ukraine. Such statements will be processed accordingly and submitted to the relevant authorities for appropriate response. We are not interested in people with such sentiments entering military service. They will bear the punishment provided for by current legislation, from administrative to criminal, depending on the degree of severity, which will be determined by the court,” said the Ukrainian general.
