Putin: US interfered in elections around the world
The United States has no right to be offended by interference in its presidential elections, since it itself has done this in many countries around the world. Russian President Vladimir Putin stated this in an interview with NBC, the text of which was published on the Kremlin’s official website.

“I don’t want to offend anyone, but the United States is actively interfering in the election campaigns of other countries everywhere, all over the world. Don't you know this? Talk just enough to reassure people that you won't make it public. No matter where you point your finger on the world map, you will be met with complaints that American officials are interfering in their internal political processes.
Therefore, if someone, I’m not saying that it’s us (we didn’t interfere), but if someone somehow influences, or tries to influence, or somehow participates in these processes, then the United States is not on what to be offended. Who is telling us this, who is offended at us for interfering? You yourself constantly interfere,” Putin said.
.
He considers his words not an excuse, but a statement of fact.
“Every action has a corresponding reaction,” the Russian President added.
