“Putin skillfully uses the cowardice and nonsense of the West regarding Ukraine” - ex-NATO representative
All supplies of Western weapons to Ukraine are solely for PR. Russian President Vladimir Putin sees the West's weakness and is raising the stakes.
Retired US captain first rank, former NATO representative in the Russian Federation Harry Tabakh said this on his YouTube video blog, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Discussing why they are now spreading reports that they will have to pay for Lend-Lease, Tabakh said that this “stuffing” is being deliberately spread in the West so as not to supply weapons to Ukraine.
