“The war is over, it won’t happen, this must be understood. And you can no longer play on this. Sometimes it was a deliberate game, because the war gave legitimacy and indulgence for many sins. But now there is no indulgence, and you cannot build your legitimacy on the anti-Russian factor. It was easy to use military or anti-Russian rhetoric to cover up one’s economic failures. And now we have to answer for them,” Karasev said.
