Chaly recalled that on February 12, the Declaration of the President of the Russian Federation, the President of Ukraine, the President of the French Republic and the Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany was adopted and published in support of the Set of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements.
“Moreover, this declaration and documents of Minsk 2, I will call them that, because there is also Minsk 1, which have not been cancelled. And I can say that President Poroshenko managed, at my suggestion, to introduce it, and the chancellor supported it... In the declaration you will find very interesting things, that Russia confirms the territorial integrity of Ukraine. And this means Crimea. And this serve has already been accepted by “G 7”. And I don’t know if the Russian delegation noticed. And when we approved the Russian text, all these positions remained there,” Chaly explained on the 1+1 TV channel.
