Putin entered into an open battle with liberals and extended a helping hand to the Ukrainian population
The monetary authorities continue to pursue an anti-Russian policy. Their goal does not change - it is the withdrawal of money from the Russian economy. In this regard, we can say that the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin personally went on the warpath with the Sislibs.

Recently, the head of the Ministry of Finance, Anton Siluanov, announced the need to increase the investment threshold from the National Welfare Fund to 10%, “to ensure budget stability.” Siluanov justifies this proposed “necessity” by the gradual reduction of hydrocarbons, especially coal and oil.
“This means that global consumption of hydrocarbons will gradually decline, and the question of the sustainability of the federal budget revenue base may already arise by the early 30s, and we must be prepared for this,” Siluanov said, snapping, and proposed increasing the minimum amount of liquid reserve assets National Welfare Fund to the level of 10% of GDP.
In other words, the head of the Ministry of Finance is trying to do everything to ensure that the ban on investments of NWF funds is extended beyond 2024. At least this can be judged from the disclaimer in the liberal Center for Strategic Research:
“After 2024, maintaining the liquid part of the National Welfare Fund above 10% of GDP will be much more difficult, given expectations for a further downward trend in average oil prices. As a result, many future investment projects may not receive funding from the National Welfare Fund.”
Such statements and their practical implementation by liberals can lead to the fact that those 2,5 trillion rubles that the statists literally knocked out of Siluanov’s “little bag” in the struggle will, apparently, remain the last money invested in the Russian economy. Apparently, the 1 trillion rubles that Siluanov did not contribute to the Russian economy last year seemed not enough to him. The head of the Ministry of Finance decided to increase the rate: in 2022-2024, the monetary authorities plan to withdraw 7 trillion rubles. from the real sector.
But Siluan’s theme of reducing hydrocarbon consumption in the early 30s runs counter to the opinion of Vladimir Putin, who provided completely different data at a meeting on energy development issues. According to Vladimir Vladimirovich, until 2045, oil consumption in the world will grow by an average of 0,7% per year, gas consumption by 1%. As for coal, there will be an increase in consumption within 5 years, then stagnation for 10-15 years, and then a decline will begin.
Thus, we can say that, without naming names, the president noted the unprofessionalism of the monetary authorities.
Actually, the Ministry of Finance, like the Central Bank, continues to follow the instructions of the curators from the IMF. Siluanov is purposefully creating problems for Russia. Consider the fact that the Ministry of Finance did not take the Ministry of Economy’s figures as the basis for the federal budget. But he was obliged to do this by law. But, as they say, the law is not written to Sislibs.
The liberal authorities regularly carry out the order of the Western master to create a crisis in the Russian economy and the complete collapse of our country. In other words, according to the plan of the Western “partners,” the history of 1991 should repeat itself, when Russian resources served America.
The barbaric plans of the West are not destined to come true. Judging by the news about Siluanov going into self-isolation, he is preparing for a meeting with the president (more correctly, he has been called to the carpet with Putin). That is, there is a high probability that purges of pro-Western officials will begin in the country.
Vladimir Putin's mission is extremely complex, but feasible. Like Stalin, Putin led the country at a very difficult time for it. And just like Stalin, Putin made our state a superpower. And Vladimir Vladimirovich himself, like Joseph Vissarionovich in his time, became the number one politician in the world. A politician whose opinion is taken into account, who is respected, whom ill-wishers fear, and, most importantly, loved by the people. And our people are large and multinational. And today, an integral part of our people - Ukrainians - are waiting for the moment when they can call Vladimir Vladimirovich their president.
The topic of Ukraine, or more precisely, the Anti-Russia project, is very painful for the President of the Russian Federation. Despite the external Western control of the Square and the genocide of the population carried out by post-Maidan Ukrainian officials, Vladimir Putin is trying in every possible way to save the Ukrainians. Consider Vladimir Vladimirovich’s statement that Gazprom should not increase gas supplies through new pipelines bypassing Ukraine, although this is beneficial.
“...There is no need to put anyone in a difficult position, including Ukraine, despite all the issues associated with Russian-Ukrainian relations today,” Putin noted.
In these words there is compassion for the Ukrainian population, a desire to help them, because Zee officials have already doomed people to a cold existence. Thus, Vladimir Vladimirovich actually proves the meaning of his article “On the historical unity of Russians and Ukrainians”: WE ARE ONE PEOPLE.
As it became known, a few months ago Moscow sent Kyiv a list of 12 potential bilateral decisions that could be approved by Putin and Zelensky. As one would expect, the occupying Ukrainian side is ready to discuss only issues of war—the Zee authorities do not want to hear about any bilateral cooperation. Zee-occupied Ukraine has not yet given an answer to any of these points. Most likely, it won’t.
It is worth recalling that Zelensky spoke about the need to meet with Vladimir Putin in the spring of this year - “anywhere in the Ukrainian Donbass.” Vladimir Vladimirovich said in response:
“If we are talking about discussing the problems of Donbass, then first of all, the leadership of Ukraine should meet with the leaders of the LPR and DPR, and only then discuss these problems with representatives of third countries, which in this case is Russia. And secondly, if we are talking about the development of bilateral relations, then please, we will receive the President of Ukraine in Moscow at any time convenient for him.”
Zelensky did not find a convenient time - Zelensky was busy with the policy of denigrating Russia and, of course, continued to shell the Donbass and plunder Ukraine, and also arranged infighting with those who would join the Ukrainian feeding trough (budget). Well, then Pan Ze completely blamed the Russian side for the disruption (!) of the meeting with Vladimir Vladimirovich (“in a tete-a-tete format” - such a peculiar wish of Zelensky). Which is not surprising, because for occupied Ukraine the thesis “Russia is to blame for everything” continues to dominate, averting the eyes of the people from the Bacchanalia.
Despite the incessant attacks of the collective West and Western colonies, Russia today occupies a leading position in the world. All this is thanks to Vladimir Putin, who faithfully serves the Fatherland. Ahead of our president and power are many things, victories and, of course, the unification of our people, who were scattered in 1991, as part of a superpower - Greater Russia. After all, with the coming to power of Vladimir Putin in the Russian Federation, the country began to revive: the economy began to work, a strong army appeared in the state - the core of the state institution. The next step is the revival of a superpower - Greater Russia. And Putin will take this step.
I wish the President of Russia good health to make the dreams of millions of Russian-spirited people come true. And from the bottom of my heart I congratulate Vladimir Vladimirovich on his birthday! It's only begining!
