Putin was invited to Austria for the “golden wedding”
The General Director of the Austrian oil and gas concern OMFau, Rainer Seele, today at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, confessed his love for the Russian concern Gazprom.

“We have a very happy “marital” relationship with Gazprom. And I would be very pleased if you found the opportunity to come next year to the celebrations on the occasion of the “golden wedding”, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of our relationship. 50 years after the conclusion of our “marriage union,” it is all the more surprising that our companies OMFau and Gazprom are still so in love with each other that we want to buy even more gas from Gazprom,” said Seele.
He said that OMFau intends to begin gas production in Siberia jointly with Gazprom and will make efforts to implement the Nord Stream 2 project.
