The leader of the rock group Bakhyt-Kompot, composer, poet Vadim Stepantsov said this on the air of the Den TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

He believes that Ukrainian and Russian liberals do not live in reality, but in chimeras.
“The change of power is not a guarantee of the well-being and prosperity of people and the country. Clinging to these chimeras, seeing how everything is slipping into nowhere... Independence? Where is the independence when everything is under external control? Ukrainians understand all this in their cerebellum. And political Ukrainians are here too. But they don’t want to admit it to themselves. I don't need chimeras. I am not interested. Putin doesn’t spoil my appetite. I would rather have it spoiled by the ryakhs who endlessly change in the Ukrainian Rada and in the post of president. Our liberals see Putin and cannot eat. They turn on the TV, see Putin and thus lose weight,” Stepantsov concluded.
