This opinion, in particular, was expressed by the director of the Situation Modeling Agency, Vitaly Bala, at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“By and large, you understand, Putin is achieving his goal,” the expert is convinced. – Ukraine is stalling on the path to change and economic reforms. As soon as we begin to make real changes in terms of the economic component, it will be much easier for us to resolve the issue of the war in Donbass. These are interconnected things. And, of course, our Western partners will help us much more.”
