Drunk driving is the main reason for arrests of Ukrainians in Poland
Driving while intoxicated is the most common reason for the detention of Ukrainian citizens by police officers in Poland, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was reported at the Ukrainian Embassy in Poland.
“Driving a vehicle while intoxicated is the most common reason for the detention of Ukrainian citizens by Polish police officers and accounts for approximately half of all cases of detention of Ukrainians on the territory of the Republic of Poland,” the embassy reported.
At the same time, information on the number of Ukrainians who were perpetrators or victims of road accidents, as well as on the number of road accidents committed by Ukrainian citizens who were intoxicated, is not yet available in the consular department of the Ukrainian Embassy.
