Drunk Ukrainian militants threatened OSCE observer with weapons

Austrian English-language publication LOCAL  cited excerpts from yesterday's OSCE statement on the conflict between observers and militants in territory controlled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The observers encountered armed men in camouflage without identification marks.
