Drunk Ukrainian deserters robbed a jewelry store, killing a security guard.
Ukrainian servicemen, who left their place of duty with weapons in their hands, took the car from a local resident, and the next day, after getting drunk, they robbed a jewelry store, killing a security guard.
The acting head of the LPR People's Police Department, Colonel Mikhail Filiponenko, spoke about this at a briefing today, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
He noted that the level of discipline in the ranks of the Ukrainian armed forces continues to fall, and therefore the rates of crimes committed by JFO participants are growing.
“On the evening of November 12, in one of the units of the 72nd separate mechanized brigade of the armed forces of Ukraine, three servicemen unauthorizedly left the unit with weapons. In the area of the settlement of Mironovsky, they stopped a civilian car and, under the threat of reprisals against the driver, took possession of the vehicle, in which they headed to the settlement of Artemovsk,” said Mikhail Filiponenko.
Also, according to him, the next day, November 13, after drinking alcohol, the same servicemen committed an armed robbery of a jewelry store in Artemovsk, during which they killed a security guard.
