According to information from local residents of the village of Novotoshkovskoye, Ukrainian police officers detained two servicemen of the 14th ombr brigade in a state of intoxication.
“During the investigation, it was established that on February 5, the servicemen left their place of duty without permission and went to a garage cooperative, having previously stopped at a grocery store on Partizanskaya Street to purchase alcoholic beverages.
At the cooperative, the militants had a conflict with the owner of one of the garages; while intoxicated, they threatened him with violence and the confiscation of his car.
