According to the publication Slavgorod, representatives of public organizations complain that they often meet in the city, especially in the evening, “pretty screwed up” city defenders who behave inappropriately. In response to comments, they swear and are rude.
Vacationers in Slavic cafes and restaurants are very worried about the fact that representatives of the city’s military units prefer to “relax” in cafes with machine guns. “It happens that they get drunk and forget their weapons on the table, sometimes the cleaning lady finds cartridges under the table. Not to mention the fact that visitors are afraid of drunken defenders,” the cafe owners complain off camera.
The mayor's office assures that representatives of the military commandant's office had conversations with the owners of the city's entertainment establishments and urged them not to sell alcohol to people in military uniform. Corresponding telegrams were sent to all owners of retail outlets.
The military personnel were also given an order not to drink alcohol. In case of disobedience, those who like to look into the bottle will have a meeting with representatives of the military prosecutor's office. Every week, about 15 protocols are drawn up regarding non-compliance with the Prohibition Law by military personnel. The city is also patrolled, including by representatives of the military prosecutor's office.
