Drunk Armed Forces officers raped their colleague
A female soldier of the 93rd brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was raped by her drunken colleagues.
Deputy Commander of the DPR Operational Command Eduard Basurin stated this at a briefing today, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“As part of moral and psychological support, on April 23, on the basis of the 2nd battalion of the 93rd brigade, in order to prevent hazing, violations of military discipline and increased suicides, an instructional and methodological lesson was held with deputy battalion commanders and battalion psychologist officers on the provision of timely psychological support for military personnel performing tasks in the ATO zone.
The lesson was held against the backdrop of the alleged unauthorized abandonment of the unit on April 21 by a female soldier of the 93rd Brigade. According to our data, as a result of the official investigation, it was established that the reason for leaving the unit without permission was gang rape by drunken colleagues,” said Eduard Basurin.
He also added that in this case, the murder of the victim is not excluded.
“I would like to emphasize that the unsuccessful search for the victim is still ongoing. It is possible that after the rape, a murder was committed, and the girl’s corpse was buried in one of the forests,” added Basurin.
