A drunken Ukrainian Armed Forces fighter fired at a high-rise building in Severodonetsk

A Ukrainian serviceman, while intoxicated, opened fire on the windows of an apartment building in Severodonetsk.
Official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR Andrei Marochko announced this during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“As a result of the shelling, a local resident was wounded and the glazing of ten apartments was damaged. After the arrival of the police, the drunken brawler was disarmed and detained,” said a representative of the defense department.
