On October 16, Poroshenko introduced 26-year-old Yulia Marushevskaya as the new head of customs in Odessa. The president’s “cheerful” and unrestrained behavior was noticed even by the Poles, despite the difference in language.
“During the presentation of the new head of Odessa customs, the President of Ukraine was in an extremely good mood,” the Polish portal writes today Kresy.pl. “It is not known what had such an effect on his mood: the 26-year-old candidate or the drinks, but the excess could not be avoided.”
The Poles notice that Poroshenko behaved extremely strangely, he joked and laughed at his own jokes inappropriately.
