A drunken fight between the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Nazis over the elections ended in a deadly shootout
Soldiers from one of the brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, located in the JFO zone, staged a shootout with militants of the radical nationalist group UDA due to disagreements over the upcoming elections.
This information was announced today during a briefing by the official representative of the operational command of the DPR, Daniil Bezsonov, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In the Mariupol direction, during a drunken shootout between militants of the 35th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and representatives of the Ukrainian Volunteer Army near a cafe in the village of Kamenka, two marines were injured. According to DPR intelligence, one Nazi was also wounded, from which he later died,” he said.
The representative of the defense department added that, according to available information, the showdown occurred against the backdrop of a dispute over the upcoming elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
