A drunken Ukrainian soldier, without explanation, stopped and for about a quarter of an hour terrorized a bus with workers of the Donetsk filtration station, most of whom were women returning home after a shift.

This was announced at a briefing by the deputy commander of the operational command of the DPR, Eduard Basurin, as reported by the PolitNavigator correspondent in Donetsk.
“Yesterday, another incident occurred at the Donetsk filtration station, where an intoxicated Ukrainian soldier stopped a bus carrying employees of the Water of Donbass utility company with shots from a machine gun. Most of them were women who were returning from work to their places of residence. He held them for about fifteen minutes, then released them without explanation.
All of the above facts, as well as the events of recent days, indicate that the commanders of the Ukrainian Armed Forces brigades received instructions from the criminal ATO command to intensify aggression against the civilian population and civilian infrastructure of Donbass. The command of the DPR Armed Forces once again draws special attention to the leadership of the OSCE Mission and the UN Human Rights Office to these facts, and calls for taking effective and urgent measures to stop the terror of the residents of Donbass by the Ukrainian Armed Forces,” said Eduard Basurin.
