The record holder among the entire composition of the Ukrainian parliament for absenteeism was one of the leaders of the OPZZh party, Vadim Rabinovich, who participated in only 6% of votes in the Verkhovna Rada.
Also among the top absentees are non-factional people’s deputy Andriy Derkach from the Sumy region and people’s deputy Anton Yatsenko from the Cherkasy region, who is part of the “For the Future” group, which is associated with the interests of the oligarch Igor Kolomoisky.
