The IMF is acting like an enemy in Ukraine, making ever more stringent demands in exchange for more loans. Deputy Vadim Rabinovich stated this on the sidelines of the Verkhovna Rada.

“Look at the requirements presented to the IMF for the next tranche. Take out the forest, raise the retirement age, sell your land. Tell me, please, which friend will come to your house to help and ask you to cut down your little garden and destroy your hut? This friend is called by other names. And if you look at the strategy for destroying the country, for liberating it from its inhabitants, then everything is correct.
We have the lowest standard of living in the world, the lowest life expectancy in the world. Lesotho has just surpassed us in deaths per capita. And we are being asked to raise the retirement age to the level of “how long will you live.” So that Ukrainians work until they die for them and under no circumstances live to see retirement,” Rabinovich said.
