The Rada is preparing to throw wood on the fire of war
If the Ukrainian parliament passes a law on the so-called “reintegration” of Donbass, which recognizes the LDPR as an occupied territory, this will lead to an escalation of the conflict.

Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Vilkul stated this on air on the 112 Ukraine TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I am against voting for this law on the so-called reintegration of Donbass, because it says anything other than the reintegration of Donbass. There is no mention of the Minsk agreements. It generally lies in a different logic. This law will, at a minimum, simply freeze the current conflict; at a maximum, it can lead to another open phase. Will this stop the negotiations? No. Will this complicate the path to peace? Of course, yes,” said the deputy.
