“The Verkhovna Rada has turned into a department of the presidential administration for stamping laws. It all started with the resignation of Yatsenyuk, which was generally correct. But the new government became a minority government of 170 people. Minority government is not provided for in our legislation. It is supported by a coalition of carcasses that no one has seen. The total support of the four opposition parties is seven to eight times higher than the parties in power. It is clear that with such tension in society, parliament cannot exist.”
