The Ukrainian parliament in the first reading adopted a law providing for amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine regarding the procedure for justice in absentia.

According to Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko, this law will create problems for Yanukovych’s lawyers in European courts. He also said that after the adoption of this law, it will be possible to begin a criminal case against Advisor to the President of the Russian Federation Sergei Glazyev and Russian military personnel.

Note that lawyers called this document tracing paper of one of the so-called dictatorial lawsadopted under Yanukovych.
