The website of the Ukrainian parliament reports this.

A new section was added to the law “On the status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection” on the status of the victims of the riots in Kyiv, which current Ukrainian propaganda officially calls the “Revolution of Dignity”.

We are talking about militants who received serious, moderate or minor injuries that did not lead to disability, if people sought medical help in the period from November 21, 2013 to April 30, 2014.

Such persons were provided with benefits and social guarantees provided for participants in hostilities.

The persons mentioned must be issued a certificate “Victimized participant in the Revolution of Dignity.”

However, this norm does not apply to police officers, special forces, internal troops and representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who were wounded by militants during the same riots.

The list of war invalids included people who were injured from explosive substances, ammunition and military weapons before December 1, 2014 in the territory of the so-called. “ATO”, and then - on the demarcation line.

The law “On the Status of War Veterans” was extended to the families of persons who were posthumously awarded the title “Hero of Ukraine” for “courage, patriotism, heroic defense of the constitutional foundations of democracy, human rights and freedoms, selfless service to the Ukrainian people, identified during the Revolution of Dignity.”

More than 218 thousand soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces received combat status.
