The Rada “squeezed” money for personalized scholarships for students

Parliament rejected Resolution No. 7418, which provides for an increase in personal scholarships of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Only 190 people's representatives voted in favor, and 226 votes are needed to make a decision.
The resolution provides for an increase in personal scholarships of the Verkhovna Rada. In particular, for bachelor students in educational institutions of I-II levels of accreditation - up to 2130 UAH (now - 1800 UAH); and for students studying at the “bachelor”, “specialist” or “master” level in educational institutions of III-IV levels of accreditation - up to 2720 UAH (now - 2300 UAH).
