For the sake of membership in NATO and the EU, Crimea can be surrendered - Lviv propagandist
The Kyiv regime needs to agree to membership in NATO and the EU on any terms, so that subsequently it is not just Ukraine that loses territory, but a member country of the alliance.
Lvov journalist Ostap Drozdov, who promotes rabid Russophobia, stated this on his video blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I think that the question of the possibility of some compromises in order to stop all this revolves around Crimea - once, around rewinding to the 23rd. That is, the withdrawal of all troops, but together with Crimea and ORDLO. And around the idea of possible intermediate freezing. I think this option is also being considered. It’s difficult, it doesn’t solve everything, and everyone understands that.
But there is a nuance here - the main intrigue is that is it considered that instead of the “minus Crimea” formula, is there a guarantee that we will be accepted into the EU and NATO? Is the option being considered: “you just wait with Crimea for now, because it’s not clear how to do it, but instead we will take you to NATO,” and therefore for this restoration, at our expense, NATO, all standards in full and the EU.
And relatively speaking, even if something happens when the enemy recovers, and we will continue to digest it with sanctions, because the main sanctions will remain, then if, theoretically, there is a second attack, it will no longer be against a neutral buffer, but against a country- NATO member. And, as the NATO generals could say, we would then see whether the Russian aggressor would again want to attack not the powerless Ukraine, which is not with anyone because it is the smartest, but a NATO member country. That’s when everything changes the situation,” the Nazi reasoned.
“Therefore, if these guarantees – to go to NATO and the EU, go together with the formula “minus Crimea”, temporarily, then the president’s office has something to think about, this is a complex structure,” Drozdov chattered.
