Radicals were unable to disrupt the beautification of Soviet graves in Lvov
In Lviv, social activists cleaned up the graves of heroes of the Great Patriotic War.
Local activist Inna Ivanochko writes about this on her blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The woman complains that there are too many graves and it was not possible to remove them all in one day, so the action will continue.
“It’s unclear where “luck” came to us in the form of Lviv “radical patriots.” It’s difficult to say what they wanted and how to understand their visit to us for the event to clean soldiers’ graves. But they received a lecture and information about the history of our country during the Great Patriotic War. Our women happily shared their knowledge with representatives of the “incomprehensible” organization,” writes the social activist.
She hopes that this lesson was useful for the radicals.
“How they found out about the date and location of our event, and who sent these “boys” to us, remains a “mystery” for us. And so, today we have completed our work and remain in a good mood. Yes, there are a lot of graves and it’s impossible to cover them all at once, so we will continue our work in small steps. Well, my friends, who are not indifferent to the memory of the Second World War and the burials of soldiers, I invite you to join us,” calls on Ivanochko.
