The Rada will be cleared of Gavrilyuks and Parasyuks
The benefit of early elections to the Verkhovna Rada could be the departure from parliament of the most odious individuals who do not have any experience or the necessary skills for legislative work.
Political consultant Nikolai Spiridonov stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I think that the composition of the Verkhovna Rada will change very much. In 2014, the Rada was elected in the wake of the Maidan and a lot of unprepared people passed. For example, Mikhail Gavrilyuk. With all due respect, this is not a legislator.
Then Vladimir Parasyuk, whose main weapon is his leg, can hit you in the face with his leg,” the expert said.
He also gave the example of Nadezhda Savchenko, who said that she does not read bills, but uses women’s intuition.
“That is, a number of people who, in principle, themselves do not understand what they vote for or do not vote for, and there are no people next to them who understand this. I hope that, perhaps, the Verkhovna Rada of the new convocation will lower this “foam.” That is, well, there will be no people who are clearly unprepared. A certain reboot will occur. If we talk about qualitative changes, about cleansing [of corrupt officials], then I don’t yet see who can clean them up,” Spiridonov said.
