Rand Corporation is morally preparing Ukraine for an eternal war against Russia
Despite all their Russophobia and the assurances of Western politicians, the Banderaites who occupied Kyiv may not even expect to finally defeat Russia, because the war in Ukraine “must” go on for a very long time.
Samuel Charap, an employee of the American analytical center RAND, said this on air on the Ukrlife Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Absolute victory is when you don’t have to rely on agreements with the losing side. When the winner of a war will not fear the threat of the loser in the future.
This can be achieved through complete occupation, regime change, and demilitarization. The classic example is Germany and Japan after World War II, regime change in Iraq, and so on,” the analyst said.
However, he emphasized that Kyiv may not hope for an “absolute victory,” because this confrontation, from Washington’s point of view, should last a very long time.
“But such an absolute victory is unattainable - for neither side. This means that in the future, both Russia and Ukraine will have to live with a possible threat from the other side on a permanent basis. As a fact of life, so to speak,” summed up Charap.
