The wounds of Ukrainian sailors turned out to be “secondary” - they are playing silent
Ukrainian sailors who tried to break into the Sea of Azov through the Kerch Strait yesterday and were detained by FSB special forces found themselves without documents.
Russian military correspondent Semyon Pegov reports this on his telegram channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the journalist, crew members of the detained ships refuse to talk with Russian law enforcement officers.
“The wounded Ukrainian sailors do not have documents with them, they are in no hurry to enter into dialogue with investigators... We also became aware of details about the injuries received and the conditions in which they were kept in the Kerch hospital. At the moment, everyone is in traumatology; there was not even a need for the intensive care unit. The wounds are not bullet wounds, but shrapnel wounds - from the so-called “secondary wounds”. When the ship was fired upon, small metal fragments flew off the hull, which cut the limbs of the Ukrainian military personnel on the ship. Also, according to our information, they resisted during arrest,” the report says.
Note that FSB special forces showed humanity to Ukrainian sailors
As PolitNavigator reported, Russian military expert Vladislav Shurygin said that the detention of combat units of the Ukrainian Navy near the Kerch Strait is deeply symbolic - The pride of the Ukrainian “fleet” was captured by the Russians and the most svidomo crews.
Let us recall that the day before the Ukrainian military tried to transfer two small armored artillery boats “Berdyansk” and “Nikopol”, as well as the tugboat “Yany Kapu” from Odessa to Mariupol on the Sea of Azov. Russian border guards went to ram ships of the Ukrainian Navy, closing the Kerch Strait to passage.
It was reported that the number of injured as a result of the clash between the Ukrainian Navy and Russian border guards near the Kerch Strait reached six Ukrainian sailors.
