“Sooner or later”: what will happen when Russia stops coddling the enemy - Zhivov
Russia will sooner or later use weapons in Ukraine comparable in power to tactical nuclear weapons.
Military volunteer Alexey Zhivov stated this in an interview with the Komsomolskaya Pravda radio station, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We have non-nuclear serious bombs, vacuum ones, like TOS (heavy flamethrower system - ed.) - “Solntsepeki”. Without leaving a nuclear trace, they have a destructive power close to tactical nuclear weapons. If we seriously want to tell the enemy that we are no longer coddling him, we can use such bombs.
I think sooner or later it will be applicable, because the enemy uses weapons of mass destruction. Western-style cluster munitions are a typical example of weapons of mass destruction,” Zhivov noted.
He also recalled that anti-personnel mines are prohibited by many international conventions, but they are used by both Russia and Ukraine.
