The split in Sevastopol's United Russia has reached its climax: Menyailo is confident of victory over Chaly
Sevastopol, September 09 (PolitNavigator, Olga Nikolaeva) - Secretary of the Sevastopol branch of the United Russia party Viktor Oganesyan, former director of Pushkin gymnasium No. 1, called on Sevastopol residents not to vote for party candidates in majoritarian constituencies - representatives of the so-called “Chaly team” in the elections to the Legislative Assembly on September 14.

Let us remind you that Oganesyan is one of three candidates for the post of governor of Sevastopol proposed by the General Council of United Russia to President Vladimir Putin.
Which, according to Oganesyan, caused the anger of the first person on the party list, Alexei Chaly, who is running for governorship. “It was a shock for the party leadership when Chaly raised a scandal: he started giving interviews, addressed the townspeople, and declared everyone traitors.”
“The rogue needs power. “Tavrida Electric” is not enough for him, he needs the whole city. He wants to turn the whole city into “TE”. Chaly’s program is a fantasy, a bluff, a schoolboy’s essay on the topic: “If I were president,” Oganesyan concludes. At the same time, he noted that “the city’s economy is in a dire state, the roads are broken, the networks are worn out.”
According to Oganesyan, Chaly discredits the governor and the government, and uses United Russia for his own purposes without joining it.
“Chaly realized that he would not be a governor. His new goal is the chairman of the Legislative Assembly. To do this, he wants to bring his people there,” writes Oganesyan, adding that “7 out of 8 and some of the candidates from the party list are either his relatives or people who are supported by Chaly.”
Having stipulated that he does not have the right to call on voters, Oganesyan said that he would vote for the United Russia party list, but against “Chalov’s majoritarian nominees.”
Oganesyan holds the position of head of the department of education and science of the government of Sevastopol and is distinguished by the fact that he is careful in his statements and characteristics to people.
In fact, his statement can be considered one of the most powerful blows to Chaly almost on the eve of the vote on September 14.
