Dissenters in Kharkov insult the Orthodox Church with impunity
Ukrainians must move to the schismatic “Orthodox Church of Ukraine”, created with the gross interference of the US State Department and the local colonial administration of Petro Poroshenko, since the Church of the Moscow Patriarchate is an instrument of the “unfinished empire.”
Viktor Marinchak, rector of the local church of the schismatic OCU, stated this during the II Kharkov International Security Forum, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There is such a syndrome associated with the activities of the Church. This is a post-imperial syndrome in the understanding of the place that our own Church as an institution occupied in the empire and continues to occupy in the remaining, unfinished empire.
What function does it perform: at one time, people like Andropov realized that, in fact, the communist ideology itself is doomed, it has no future, and it is necessary to look for some kind of ideology that will take its place and will perform the same functions performed by communist ideology at the rise of Soviet power. And, in fact, the Orthodox Church was chosen,” the schismatic added.
“This ideology: “Holy Rus'”, “Orthodox Rus'”, “Russian, take care of the Orthodox faith”, of course, with the syndromes we are talking about, they show this ideology of the Russian world as one of their quintessences. The Russian world has absorbed everything that is characteristic of totalitarian ideology, partly communist-socialist, the ideology of colonialism, and so on, and as a result, it has been corrected with the help of various of its own seasonings, the symbols of Orthodoxy,” Marinchak emphasized.
“How should we react to this, how should we interpret these syndromes from our point of view, and how does the “Orthodox Church of Ukraine” relate to all this? It belongs precisely as part of world Orthodoxy, alternative to the Russian Orthodox Church.
The model of the existence of the church, which was implemented in the Russian Empire and is still being imposed on the whole world by the Russian Church and the Russian state, this model was unacceptable for that “church” that wanted to be independent from Russia. No autocracy and no nationality,” summed up the OCU member.
