Another lie of Poroshenko revealed
The new Constitution of Ukraine, which Petro Poroshenko’s team promises to prepare, instead of the promised decentralization of power, will provide for dictatorial powers of the president, killing local self-government.

“In fact, this is a centralization reform. If the way Mr. Groysman and the merry company see it passes through parliament, this will significantly strengthen the president’s control over local authorities. I cannot describe the opportunity for the president to dissolve elected local councils to remove mayors as anything other than the murder of local self-government,” the analyst says.
