Poroshenko’s scheme for using the lead singer of “Okean Elzy” has been revealed
After Petro Poroshenko’s plan to introduce martial law and postpone the presidential elections failed, his headquarters discussed the scenario of electing the lead singer of the Okean Elzy group, Svyatoslav Vakarchuk, as a successor, in which real power would go to Poroshenko the Prime Minister.
Ukrainian political scientist Kost Bondarenko spoke about this on air on the Capital channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“After we failed to push through the martial law law for two months and postpone the elections, some hotheads around Poroshenko suggested to him: “Let’s nominate Vakarchuk, support him with administrative resources, make him president, and you will become prime minister.” They say that these people were “sent,” Bondarenko said.
Let us recall that Vakarchuk has still not officially made a statement about participating in the presidential elections in Ukraine, although his name has appeared in opinion polls in recent months.
