“In general, we are talking about dozens of assets: ferroalloy and metallurgical plants, commercial real estate and hotels,” the report notes.

One Cleveland Center (Cleveland, Ohio, USA) - acquired for $86,3 million by Optima One Cleveland Center, LLC (Delaware) on May 15, 2008. The company was founded on April 29, 2008. The former CompuCom System Headquarters and adjacent site, located at 7171 Forest Lane and 7505 Forest Lane, respectively, in Dallas, Texas. They were acquired by Optima 7171, LLC (Delaware). The company was registered on November 10, 2010.

PNC Plaza is a thirty-story skyscraper in the city of Kentucky, Louisville, located at 500 West Jefferson Street. In 2011, it was acquired for $77 million by Optima 500, LLC (Delaware), registered on November 10, 2010.

It is also owned by Georgian American Alloys, Inc. (Delaware).

But KES Acquisition Company is a metallurgical plant called Kentucky Electric Steel (Ashland, Kentucky), owned by Optima Acquisitions, LLC (Delaware). The company was founded on June 25, 2008. The owners are Kolomoisky and Bogolyubov and Korf. Plant with 42 thousand sq. m. m cost at least 20 million dollars.

Steel Rolling Holdings, Inc. (Delaware). The company was founded on May 22, 2006. From 2009 to 2015, it owned the Detroit Cold Rolling Facility (Gibraltar, Michigan), which was sold to Ferragon Steel Rolling.

The abandoned Warren Steel plant in Warren, Ohio, is owned by Warren Steel Holdings, LLC (Delaware), incorporated on November 19, 2001. Kolomoisky and Bogolyubov are respectively associated with it through an entity in the British Virgin Islands called Halliwel Assets, Inc., and trust from the island of Jersey (Channel Islands), called Marigold Trust Asset Management. At least $4,5 million used to purchase the plant was, according to Privatbank, “laundered.”

Former Motorola Campus in Harvard, Illinois. Was acquired by Optima International of Miami, Inc. — which is likely associated with Optima Ventures.
