Verkhovna Rada deputy from the Radical Party Igor Popov drew attention to this point in a commentary to Kommersant.
“In fact, it was not even a summit, but a working lunch in a slightly expanded format. The summit, which was talked about so much, ended in a matter of hours - from 12:00 Poroshenko met with EU leaders, at 13:00 everyone went for lunch, and by 15:00 they were already at the press conference. In this situation, it was impossible to discuss the prospects of “visa-free travel” in detail,” the deputy noted.
