The fight began during a discussion of a draft constitutional amendment providing for the strengthening of the Turkish President.
The ruling party said that the country needs a strong leader, and representatives of the opposition countered that this would lead to authoritarianism, after which deputies from the Justice Party attacked their opponents with their fists.
