The head of the analytical department of the Center for Content Analysis, Sergei Stukanov, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a Politnavigator correspondent reports.
“We cannot take a step back. This will create for us the context that we can again return to the “Russian world” and open up the information space for it.
This will raise the question - well, since we are returning social networks, why don’t we return some Russian sites? Because this will give Ukrainians the opportunity to receive different information. Why don't we bring back television? Why don't we return the Russian stage?
