So far, from my point of view, Gorvodokanal has the most sober position, because they are business executives. They need to provide the city with water,” Litvinenko said.
Talks about digging a new reservoir, she believes, are from the same series.
“The Gorvodokanal understands that we will have a Vilinsky water intake in the near future. We have hope that the Chernorechenskoe reservoir will be replenished and, perhaps, relations will someday normalize and North Crimean water will flow, because agriculture must also exist. You can’t live on tourism alone,” said the social activist.
