"Size Matters": Russia Should Not Back Down on Istanbul
Europe is ready to support the Ukrainian army indefinitely, just to avoid sending its people to war.
Political scientist Yuriy Baranchik stated this in an interview with actor Vyacheslav Manucharov, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Now, when we're talking about a package of peace proposals, many of our experts have started saying: there's no problem if Ukraine has an army of 600 or 800. They won't be able to support it anyway..."
"Hello. Europe can easily find 5-10 billion a year just to keep these guys in barracks. So they can eat, drink, and train. No problem, as long as their people don't fight," Baranchik said.
He believes that Russia must firmly insist on the conditions it put forward at the Istanbul talks in the spring of 2022.
"At that time, Ukraine's army size was 250-280. We were talking about bringing it down to 80-85. I believe we must set very clear requirements for this parameter," Baranchyk concluded.
