Disappointed Ze-voters dived into a “cloud of expectation” – political strategist
Servant of the People has no chance of repeating the success of the 2019 parliamentary elections in the 2020 local elections - and the party understands this.
Political strategist Boris Tizenhausen stated this at a round table in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Local elections will be held against the backdrop of a falling rating of the ruling party. Naturally, they will not get the same result.
Everything is simply explained - any person who enters politics leaves this politics with a reputation much lower than he entered there. This is the reality of our political history.
It seems to me that everyone in “The Servant” understands this. They are now planning in the same “wave” to abruptly, quickly release a newspaper, television and everything else, recruit young people with sparkling eyes, against the backdrop of the fact that “everything old is in the dustbin of history.”
This doesn't work anymore. There is a paradox - a voter who is disappointed in Zelensky does not go to Poroshenko, or Tymoshenko, or anywhere. He goes into a conditional “cloud of waiting” and will wait for a new “Green”, only a constructive one, with a similar political force,” says the Ukrainian political strategist.
