“Over the past few months, we have already allocated, this is only the first money, about 4 billion rubles for the purchase of new ambulances. This is about 1,8 thousand cars.

Ten years ago, the ambulance fleet fell into disrepair, and in the current economic situation, at the federal level we are helping the regions solve this problem,” Medvedev said.

In addition, according to the Prime Minister, 26 perinatal centers will be completed in Russia in the near future. It is planned to invest more than 80 billion rubles in this project.

“This means that starting from 2018, we will annually save 1,5 thousand more newborn children than in 2015,” Medvedev said.

According to government estimates, the number of schoolchildren in Russia will increase by 3,5 million over the next ten years.

“Our goal is for children to study in comfortable and safe schools. We will undoubtedly find the money for this. Even in these difficult times, 25 billion rubles have been allocated for the construction of schools this year. We plan to allocate the same amount next year,” Medvedev said.
